Change of ownership at tech11 and Adcubum. Helsana, the largest customer of our parent company Adcubum, has acquired 100% of the shares in Adcubum and thus also in tech11. This is a great confirmation of the successful development of Adcubum and tech11 in recent years. Both companies will remain independent and autonomous. Nothing will change for tech11 customers and employees. We look forward to continuing on our successful path under the new ownership
