Oliver von Ameln joins the new management team

Oliver von Ameln will join the tech11 management team as Managing Director and Chief Sales Officer (CSO) on May 1, 2024.
Experience in the insurance software sector
Oliver has been working in the insurance software sector for 20 years, including heading up Business Consulting Insurance at adesso, where he has been Managing Director since adesso insurance solutions GmbH was founded. As Managing Director and CSO, he will be responsible for the HR, Sales and Marketing divisions. With his experience in the successful development and management of larger organizations and in the field of software product development with artificial intelligence, he will support tech11 in strengthening and further expanding its market position.
Expansion of the management team for further growth
At the same time, tech11 has expanded its management team - as a basis for further growth and for even better customer service as well as to strengthen the company's innovative power. The new management team is a further step in the scaling of the company to become one of the leading software providers in the insurance industry with a focus on the German-speaking region and the international markets that are already active today.
The expanded tech11 management team
- As one of the two founders of tech11, Pierre Dubosq will continue to lead the company as CEO and will remain responsible for the Finance and Legal divisions, among others.
- Fabian Halbmann has been appointed CTO (Chief Technology Officer). He has been on board since tech11 was founded and will be responsible in particular for all technology-related platform issues.
- Markus Rheindt has been appointed COO (Chief Operating Officer). He has already been responsible for delivery, i.e. all tech11 customer projects, for two years.
- Maximilian Lipa has been appointed CPO (Chief Product Officer) and is responsible for the technical and functional development of the tech11 Insurance Platform. Max has twenty years of industry experience and most recently worked for ERGO Versicherung.

With this management structure, tech11 is expanding its professional and technical expertise in corporate management and positioning itself for further growth. The new management team combines many years of experience from the insurance and technology industries to further drive innovation for tech11's customers.
