tech11 wins Pantaenius as a new customer

tech11 GmbH has gained another customer in the Pantaenius Group from Hamburg and will completely replace the existing system in the boat and yacht insurance segment with the tech11 Insurance Platform as the new core insurance system. Pantaenius is Europe's leading insurance broker in this segment.
Introduction of the tech11 Insurance Platform at Pantaenius
tech11 will introduce the tech11 Insurance Platform, including all peripheral systems, to map Pantaenius ' diverse and sophisticated insurance business. The underwriter's insurance business is characterized by a large number of product lines that offer specialized insurance solutions for all aspects of water sports worldwide.
Complex system replacement in international markets
The Pantaenius Group 's environment is also very challenging, as the system replacement will not only take place in Germany, but also in ten other internationally active national companies, which will require a large number of country-specific interfaces and peripheral systems to be operated. "In-house development can no longer keep pace with the complexity and speed of our business," says Manuel Schlief, Head of IT at Pantaenius Holding GmbH. "For us, it's about integrating new services and technologies quickly and purposefully and making them usable for the benefit of our customers and partners. The main goal of the modernization is therefore to ensure the future viability of our high service standards and to further expand our role as market leader through an extraordinary customer experience. Step-by-step system implementation for early value creation
The system implementation is to be put into production in stages, thus creating added value for Pantaenius at an early stage, even though the complete replacement of all systems is not planned before 2026.
