Leadership Change at tech11 – Founder Pierre Dubosq Hands Over to Oliver von Ameln

tech11 GmbH announces a planned change in its executive leadership. Founder and CEO Pierre Dubosq will leave the company at the end of the year at his own request and in full mutual agreement. After seven years of development, strategic direction-setting, and continuous growth, Dubosq will hand over the leadership to Oliver von Ameln, who will assume the CEO role as planned.
Würzburg, St. Gallen, 11 December 2025 – Founded in 2018, tech11 has rapidly grown into an established provider within the European insurance industry. The company now employs more than 100 people and is considered one of the key technology drivers in the modernization of insurance platforms. Since September 2025, tech11, together with its parent company Adcubum, has been part of the Helsana Group, Switzerland’s leading health insurer. Both companies continue to operate independently.
Under the leadership of Pierre Dubosq, tech11 has built an impressive track record. The year 2025 marks a particular milestone: with three newly acquired customers, including two international ones, the company achieved a record year in new business and its strongest performance since its founding. “Pierre Dubosq has built an outstanding technology company with great foresight and entrepreneurial courage. We sincerely thank him for his achievements and his contribution to the success of tech11,” says Steven Neubauer, CEO of Adcubum AG.
The succession has been clearly defined: Oliver von Ameln, who has been part of tech11’s management since May 2024, will now assume overall responsibility as planned. Von Ameln brings many years of experience in the insurance technology sector, including roles at the adesso Group, and offers strong expertise in scalable corporate management and business development. “I am looking forward to continuing tech11’s successful growth strategy together with the strong team and unlocking new market potential,” von Ameln says.
In 2024, tech11 further developed its management structures with a forward-looking approach. With Fabian Halbmann as Chief Technology Officer, Markus Rheindt as Chief Operating Officer, and Matthias Muhler as Chief Product Officer, the leadership team was strategically expanded. This strengthened setup provides a solid foundation for further expansion and the continued development of the state-of-the-art tech11 Insurance Platform.
