About
tech11 was founded in 2018 by Pierre Dubosq and Matthias Reining and currently employs over 100 people.
The company is headquartered in Würzburg and has co-working offices in Munich, Frankfurt and Stuttgart.
At the end of 2021, tech11 was strengthened by the internationally renowned private equity company TA Associates (www.ta.com), which at the same time acquired a majority in Adcubum AG (www.adcubum.com), the leading Swiss software provider for health insurance. By this step tech11 established as a sustainable provider of core insurance systems and can guarantee its customers long-term stability and sustainable investment possibilities.
In spring 2024, tech11 expanded its existing management team in order to further broaden the business and technical expertise in the company’s management - as a basis for growth and for even better customer service as well as to strengthen the company’s innovative power.
This management team is a further step in scaling the company into a central tech partner for the insurance industry with a focus on the German-speaking region and the international markets that are already active today.
Pierre Dubosq
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Pierre Dubosq is CEO of tech11 and is developing the company as one of the two founders since 2018. He is responsible for the Finance and Legal departments and is a member of the Board of Directors of Adcubum AG in Switzerland. The business graduate has been working in the field of core insurance systems in the insurance industry in German-speaking countries and in Europe, particularly in Italy and France, for 20 years.
Fabian Halbmann
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Fabian Halbmann is CTO of tech11 and is responsible for the technical development of the tech11 Insurance Platform. The computer science graduate has been working in the field of core insurance systems in the insurance industry for 15 years and has been with tech11 since 2019, previously in the role of Lead Platform Architect.
Oliver von Ameln
Chief Sales Officer (CSO)
Oliver v. Ameln is CSO of tech11 and is responsible for HR, sales and marketing. He joined tech11 in May 2024 as Managing Director. After completing a banking apprenticeship and studying economics, he worked for 20 years in responsible positions in the insurance software sector and most recently managed a software company.
Maximilian Lipa
Chief Product Officer (CPO)
Maximilian Lipa is CPO at tech11 and is responsible for the technical and functional development of the tech11 Insurance Platform, among other things. The media studies graduate has worked in various positions in the insurance industry for 20 years before joining tech11 in 2024.
Markus Rheindt
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Markus Rheindt is COO of tech11 and is responsible for delivery, i.e. all of tech11's customer projects. The business graduate has worked in various positions in the retail industry and the insurance sector for 15 years and has been with tech11 since 2022, previously in the role of Head of Delivery.
