When and how can I apply to tech11?
There are no application deadlines for our vacancies. If you are interested in a position and it matches your profile, you can access the application form via the "Apply for this position" button. Alternatively, you can also send your application to jobs@tech11.com.
What application documents do I need to attach to my applications?
Your CV is sufficient for us. Everything else - such as a cover letter, references, university certificates, diplomas, etc. - is optional.
How does the virtual interview work?
You can expect a short company presentation, a round of introductions with all participants and a few initial professional and personal questions. We will also discuss the general conditions. We have scheduled a total of 45 minutes to get to know you better and give you an exciting insight into tech11 - of course, we will also be happy to answer your questions.
What is the procedure for the personal interview?
In addition to a short round of introductions, the personal interview will go into even more technical depth. The test task that you present to us during the interview serves as the basis for the discussion. You will also get a good insight into your future team and your areas of responsibility. We will be happy to take the time to answer your questions and clarify any ambiguities. After the interview, we will be happy to give you a short office tour if you wish.
How do I get to the Würzburg office?
You will find our headquarters at Beethovenstraße 1a in 97080 Würzburg. If you come by car, there are parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. If you arrive by train, you can reach us in just 10 minutes on foot from the main train station. In the building you can simply take the elevator to the 7th floor and ring the doorbell on the left.
Is there a dress code?
"Come as you are" - wear what you feel comfortable in! Whether it's relaxed jeans and sneakers or a shirt with chinos - it doesn't matter, we look forward to seeing you!
How long do I have to wait for feedback on the interview?
We aim to give you feedback on the virtual/face-to-face interview as quickly as possible. As a rule, this takes a maximum of one week. If it takes longer, we ask for your understanding.
What can I expect on my first day at work?
At the beginning, the People & Culture team will welcome you with a cup of coffee or tea. This is followed by general onboarding, which takes place over three days. You will receive a comprehensive overview of our vision, the various teams, our working methods and our platform. On the first day, you will also get to know your own team and your People Manager.
