The new cloud-native platform will enable the company to support employees with AI-powered assistance features, further automate standardized processes, and process applications more quickly. The focus is on delivering a noticeably improved service experience for customers and sales partners.

The tech11 Insurance Platform will serve as the technological foundation for all of ARAG Austria’s core insurance processes going forward. ARAG and tech11 are both committed to continuously developing the platform and integrating innovative features on an ongoing basis.
