tech11 becomes ERGO Group’s platform provider for annex and embedded insurance business
In future, tech11 GmbH will provide the back-end solution for the policy management and claims administration processes of the ERGO Group’s annex and embedded insurance business. The Würzburg-based software company was awarded the contract at the beginning of the year by ERGO’s Global Partnerships department.

The technical implementation of this via the ‘tech11 Insurance Platform’ will start in 2024 and be rolled out gradually. The tech11 Insurance Platform will be operated as a fully managed cloud-based service in compliance with the highest data protection and security guidelines.
